HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK? - 99% of orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours from proof approval. Orders requesting an email proof will cause a slight delay as we require customer approval from the proof. Therefore the quicker the customer gives approval to go ahead, the quicker the artwork will be dispatched. Our delivery options are 1-2 days & 3-5 days from your artwork being completed, approved & ready for dispatch.

DO YOU SUPPLY HANGERS? - Yes. We supply a free fine art hanger with every canvas.

CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE PRINTING? - Yes. We provide email pdf proofs to customers, if requested on options, before completing your order. Simply select email proofing from within the product options. This allows you to be 100% happy with your art before we go ahead. All email proofs require customer approval before we process & dispatch. Proofs & changes are provided for one image, as supplied with the order only. Change of this order supplied image will encur additional artwork charges. Photos on canvas proofs, if requested, are provided to your email from within 1-12 working hours. Pop art portraits and custom art proofs, if requested, are provided to your email within 24-48 hours.

WHAT IMAGE QUALITY SHOULD MY IMAGE BE? - We use specialist techniques to get the best from your image. However we recommend 300dpi for all sizes with a minimum of 250kb ‘original’ filesize.

DO YOU OFFER ANY MORE SIZES? - Just let us know what size you require and we will do our best to achieve your requirements.

MY PICTURE IS NOT IN DIGITAL FORMAT? – All you have to do is post it to us, and we will scan your photo, FREE of charge. As with a digital format the overall size depends on the original size & quality of the image. We highly recommend hard backed envelopes and recorded delivery. Photographs will be returned with final order. Please contact us prior to sending any photographs.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? - Yes of course, however orders are started almost immediately therefore let us know as soon as possible should you wish to cancel any order. Our Pop Art Portraits are hand drawn and created by real artists from our family. Therefore the payment for artwork is for our artists time. The artwork is started almost immediately, therefore if in any doubt then please do not order your portrait until 100% positive this is what you want. If a Pop Art Portrait order is cancelled then only the cost of the print will be refunded. The cost for the artwork is non-refundable. We can offer free proofs before purchase on photos on canvas and several pop art styles. However as some portraits can take up to 10 hours for our artist to complete then unfortunately we cannot offer free proofs on all styles. Please contact us for more info.

WILL THE COLOURS I SEE ON SCREEN MATCH THE FINISHED CANVAS? - Whilst we guarantee this in our own studio set-up, we cannot guarantee this on individual customer monitors. Colours can vary due to each individual monitor setting, i.e. levels, saturation, brightness etc. If there is a particular colour you need please supply us with a pantone number or a colour swatch to match. If exact colour matching is important than please contact us first.

HOW SECURE IS THE WEBSITE? - All your payment details are processed via Paypal. We NEVER receive your credit or debit card details. We feel Paypal is the worlds safest way to bank and offers protection to both the buyer and seller and you do not need a paypal account to complete payment.

WHAT ABOUT MY PERSONAL DETAILS? - Your personal details are required for the delivery of your order. This information is for our records only and is used to dispatch your artwork only. We never sell or provide customer details to any third party service.

WHICH PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT? - Payments are processed via PAYPAL. Paypal accept most card providers such as Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Delta.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY? - UK Standatrd P&P (3-5 working days) is FREE of charge. 1-2 working days P&P £7.99.

WHAT ABOUT COPYRIGHT? - By sending us your image, you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of this image, or have obtained permission from the copyright owner in written form, which permits us to print it in accordance with your order.
