HOW LONG TILL I RECEIVE MY CANVAS? - Although most orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Please allow 5 to 10 working days from proof approval (if required) for delivery.
DO YOU OFFER ANY MORE SIZES? - We offer a canvas prints made to measure service. Just let us know what size you want by email and we will calculate a price.
CAN I CANCEL MY POP ART ORDER? - Our Pop Art Portraits are hand drawn. Therefore the payment for artwork is for the artists time. The artwork is started almost immediately, therefore if in any doubt then please do not order your portrait until 100% positive this is what you want. If a Pop Art Portrait order is canceled then only the cost of the actual canvas will be refunded. The cost for the artwork is non-refundable.
MY PICTURE IS NOT IN DIGITAL FORMAT? - All you have to do is post it to us, and we will scan your photo, FREE of charge. As with a digital format the overall size depends on the original size & quality of the image. Please contact us for posting information
WILL THE COLOURS I SEE ON SCREEN MATCH THE FINISHED CANVAS? - We cannot guarantee this as individual monitor settings can vary due to each individual monitors settings. If there is a particular colour you need please supply us with a pantone number or a colour swatch to match. If exact colour matching is important than please contact us regarding our sample service.
HOW SECURE IS THE WEBSITE? - All your payment details are processed via Paypal. We never actually recieve your credit or debit card details. We feel Paypal is the worlds safest way to bank and offers protection to both the buyer and seller.
WHAT ABOUT MY PERSONAL DETAILS? - Your personal details are required for the delivery of your order. This information is for our records only and can be removed upon request from yourselves. We use 128bit encryption to protect it.
